Requirements
- Proficient in hands-on paid search campaign management (Google ads and Bing ads in text search, Display, YouTube, PMAX, Shopping, and App Install)
- Familiar with performance marketing metrics (CPC, CVR, CTR, CAC, LTV) and the ability to use data to drive daily performance optimizations.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficient in working with large data sets using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with large data sets, skilled in Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, able to find efficiencies and opportunities across multiple data sources
- Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding, and analytical environment
- A positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities
- A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
- 3-4+ years of experience in Paid Search, either from an agency or client-side role
- Knowledge of Paid Search bidding, targeting, and optimization.
- Familiarity with tag management & app tracking setup and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
- Strong organizational skills and project management ability
- Google and Bing Ads certified
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams, overseeing all aspects of campaign management, budgeting, and weekly optimization (including Google and Bing across text search, Display, YouTube, PMAX, Shopping, and App Install)
- Assist in strategically planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns
- Align campaign performance with business goals on a daily level, focusing on activation, retention, and reactivation metrics.
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders during monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Creative, BI, CRM, etc.— (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
- Conduct advanced A/B tests (pricing, bidding, and creatives) and provide comprehensive analysis to identify business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tag management & app tracking setup and troubleshooting is a plus.
