Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a technical product manager, with a consistent track record in large-scale enterprises, ideally within eCommerce or marketplace environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent.
- Strong expertise in analytics, applying data insights to inform product decisions and solve business challenges.
- Ability to influence and align peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership around critical initiatives.
- Validated experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms or big tech companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy, aligning it with business goals and user needs.
- Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the CRM team and business partners.
- Lead the creation of user stories and process maps to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to build, test, and verify solutions that meet business requirements.
- Facilitate key meetings with partners, including requirement sessions, system demos, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with the SCRUM Master and Business Analysts in prioritization meetings.
- Identify and handle risks and issues, advancing to senior partners as necessary.
- Provide ongoing production support, analyzing and resolving system issues in collaboration with the technical team.
- Document use cases, business/system/functional requirements, and ensure comprehensive product documentation.
