Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment
  • Conduct recruitment needs analysis
  • Sourcing of candidates through multiple recruitment channels
  • Scheduling and coordination of interviews
  • Workday Recruiting, maintaining the application tracking system
  • Maintain and build candidate pipelines including internal talent pools
  • Use Workday and ADP HRIS systems
  • Employee file record retention and data requirements
  • Update, organize and restructure Teams HR Channel for streamlined easy to understand access to information
  • Assist with the HRIS Systems audit, including gathering data, and working with the HR Team toward audit completion
  • Assist with data preparation for the EEOC filing
  • Assist with preparation for annual benefits enrollment activities
  • Complete other tasks as needed
