Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years in Sales Management, Account Management or Business Development
- Proven track record of client renewal, retention, or reactivation success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to grow professionally
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage previous clients using CRM data, sales records, and referrals
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels/sales enablement tools to generate qualified leads
- Rebuild relationships with dormant accounts to understand current staffing needs
- Present tailored staffing solutions (total talent platform) based on each client’s needs, goals, and past engagement
- Collaborate with nurse recruiting, sales, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of reactivated clients
- Maintain detailed records of outreach, communications, and results via Salesforce
- Achieve monthly and quarterly reengagements and revenue targets
- Gather feedback from former clients to identify service improvements or address concerns
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with staffing trends and service updates
