Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10 years of relevant experience typically gained through skills/ knowledge / abilities of related experience
Responsibilities
- Leads team in workflow processes and may provide input to performance feedback process if/when necessary.
- Problem-solves for other Patient Service Representatives and clerical support staff in department/practice.
- Serves as main point of contact for Providers in identifying and addressing operational issues.
- Oversees and manages productivity, performance and quality metrics.
- Possesses the ability to perform the roles of Patient Services Representative, Associate, Intermediate and Senior roles when necessary.
- Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
