Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and five years directly related experience (IS or clinical)
- A high school diploma and eight years directly related experience
- A Masters’ degree and 3 years directly related experience (IS or clinical)

Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in evaluating and resolving complex technical issues
- Generate appropriate communication, process and educational plans
- Identify and remove obstacles to change
- Serve as the subject matter expert in all areas of application clinical program
