Responsibilities
- Calling leads to win over clients
- Running credit through an online system to find the right loan
- Handling paperwork and keeping the borrower’s file on track until the loan is closed
- Walking borrowers through the loan process and structuring loans
- Setting up rates and fees that work best for borrowers
- Contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture
