Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant experience required
  • 6 years of relevant experience and Associate’s Level Degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Adept at handling details
  • Ability to manage event and complex meeting logistics/scheduling
  • Familiarity with Windows operating system
  • Experience with Qualtrics (or the technical ability to learn)
  • Familiarity and comfort with Zoom
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work synergistically as a part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Managing individual calendars and scheduling for the Senior Associate Dean for FSA and Assistant Dean for FSA
  • Managing event and large meeting scheduling for MarComm senior leadership
  • Preparing travel requests and processing reimbursements for FSA leadership and MarComm staff
  • Submitting and tracking spending requests across both units
  • Assisting with HR-related actions and communications on behalf of the Senior Associate Dean for FSA
  • Supporting the MarComm senior leadership team in coordinating HR-related processes
  • Ordering and managing office supplies for both units
  • Providing general office and program support to the FSA Program Manager and MarComm teams
  • Assisting in tracking and monitoring expenses related to the CFAES FSA budget and related activities
  • Providing back-up coverage for front desk reception and serving as a general administrative resource across both units as needed
  • Creating and developing marketing materials (e.g. print, digital, social media) for programs
  • Collaborating with other members of the units to review and update programming and identify new programmatic opportunities
  • Creating resources and content for websites
  • Helping to manage events
  • Creating surveys using Qualtrics for workshop registrations and participant feedback
  • Generating and organizing reports from Qualtrics surveys
  • Setting up and assigning trainings through BuckeyeLearn and serving as BuckeyeLearn Liaison for CFAES.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Drupal or other open-source content management framework (training will be provided regardless of experience)
  • Capabilities in posting and captioning videos
  • Experience with Adobe content creation products
