Requirements

  • Significant knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all aspects of venture fund stock distribution.
  • Assist in all aspects of restricted stock settlement from the initial venture distribution through the final distribution of proceeds.
  • Complete notification of venture distribution to participants with distribution information.
  • Manage Venture Services Database.
  • Produce venture distribution results reports for distributing venture fund companies.
  • Accept stock sale orders from venture limited partners.
  • Coordinate legal opinions with company counsels developing strong relationships.
  • Demonstrate expertise with restricted stock regulations and procedures including SEC Rule 144.
  • Provide reports and other information to Venture Services Manager as needed.
  • Identify situations that need to be brought to the attention of the Venture Services Manager or escalated to the Branch Manager.
  • Perform operational and administrative functions for venture distribution client-related requests (i.e., check requests, wiring funds, address changes, account instructions, etc.).
  • Distribute Operational Daily Action Reports.
  • Complete daily cashiering functions.
