Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years’ experience of analysis
- Strong oral and written communication
- Understand company policies and procedures
- Ability to perform in a high volume work environment
- Excellent PC skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
- Strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities
- Processing of select Borrower’s assistance approvals with adherence to policy
- Respond to telephone inquiries regarding decisions rendered (in bound/out bound calls)
- Keeping up to date on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Identify and escalate significant issues to management
- Ability to handle special projects as designated by management
- Reviewing submissions for select borrower’s assistance program approvals and processing, such as Deferments, Loan Modifications, and Re-Ages
