Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or related, technical field
  • Proven experience (Typically 5+ years) in managing programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms (DSPs, SSPs)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with ad tech tools and platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, IAS, DoubleVerify, etc.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpreting campaign performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics

Responsibilities

  • Independently and reliably represents campaign performance to Client Success, Sales, and AdOps
  • Qualifies campaigns, ensuring appropriate data source, attribution, KPI, BM, filtering and data source; informs campaign set up according to unique client requirements
  • Monitor campaigns, establishing and executing campaign improvement plans
  • High sense of ownership of campaign performance. Conveys urgency to broader teams.
  • Identifies analysis that can inform campaign setup (delivery, performance, margin); Evaluates potential analysis methodologies and takes appropriate action based on findings; identify best next steps in a project
  • Proficient in accessing and querying complex datasets (e.g. Requests)
  • Propose, launch and evaluate campaign performance improvement experiments; effective documentation of outcomes and next steps
  • Strong familiarity with relevant attribution methods and capable of building custom attribution pipelines as needed
  • Communicates findings and progress effectively to team members and stakeholders across departments.
  • Automates manual tasks, or creates clear request for other teams to automate
  • Recommends on process improvements to help cross-team collaboration
  • Builds high utility dashboards or pipelines
  • Identify new product capabilities, automation and process improvements; e.g. automate repetitive tasks, produce insights that demonstrate impact of new features or platform capabilities.
