- Minimum 5 years development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Finance, Architecture
- Negotiation skills

Responsibilities
- Finds, qualifies and inducts new franchisees in targeted geographies; manages qualification and induction process.
- Works with existing and new franchisees to develop and execute agreements and negotiate amendments to development and franchise agreements
- Review master development commitment schedule in Salesforce and evaluate if all activity and amendments have been recorded accurately
- Collaborates with Regional Vice President’s and Executive Director, Development to identify opportunities and build strategic development plans for the Brand in targeted geographies.
- Helps evaluate franchisee business plans and site packages to assure both franchise health and compliance with brand standards
- Manage the franchisee approval process for all transfer of ownership transactions (assignments, refranchising and stock transfers)
- Applies financial analysis to proactively identify opportunities and initiatives to strengthen, improve and drive new market entries.
- Present strategic analyses and business opportunities in clear and understandable terms to leadership team as well as third parties
- Due diligence and analysis of all pro-formas and business plans submitted as part of packages for new market entry opportunities.
- Reviews and monitors franchise disclosure agreement, fee adjustments and/or modifications to franchise agreements and makes recommendations to leadership team.
- Follows company policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
