Responsibilities
- Receives telephone calls, emails, and cases from team Schein members to answer inquiries on various topics.
- Assist Supervisors with approving and releasing pending credits and call tags, 530 pend releases, Data Warehouse reports, reviewing/processing requests in the Dental Merchandise Credit/Rebill Mailbox, bid tool status update, Concur Delegate communication, & follow up training.
- Execute the primary system and procedural training of all new hires under the direction of the Sales Support Supervisor.
- Trains current Sales Support TSMs on new procedures, and maintain training manuals/materials, updating as needed.
- Assist Sales Support team with everyday questions/concerns and help them with escalations.
- Participates in other duties and/or special projects, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
