Requirements
- 2-4 years of consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar)
- CS or Eng Degree
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Vapi’s most strategic customers to bring VoiceAI to production and drive business outcomes
- Own technical and business scoping, kick-off, implementation, project planning, and vision with key stakeholders
- Lead project and customer interactions, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with field engineering to ensure seamless project execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, voice technology, or software development
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and enterprise software
