Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and manage messages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Schedule appointments and meetings for internal staff
- Assist with administrative support, such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure security procedures are followed for guest sign-in and access
- Collaborate with different departments to support daily office functions
