Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative coordination role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working in a team-based environment and managing deadlines
Responsibilities
- Draft and edit company communications including press releases, internal memos, newsletters, and reports
- Coordinate and manage communication between departments to ensure message consistency
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, presentations, and meetings
- Maintain and update content for internal documentation and communication platforms
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement
- Support senior staff with project coordination and communication documentation
- Ensure brand consistency across all written materials
