Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or any related STEM degree with 5 years relevant industry experience or Masters with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience or PhD with 0 years’ experience.
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong understanding of microelectronics manufacturing techniques and processes.
- Experience in WIP planning, line balancing, and capacity modeling specifically in ramping/opening new production lines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
- US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and analyze manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity in a high-mix microelectronics fabrication environment.
- Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Manage and analyze databases to drive insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee Work In-Progress (WIP) planning, line balancing, and capacity modeling to ensure optimal production flow.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks and implement best practices.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with C/C++, Python, APF Formatter reports and database management.
- Experience with machine learning and its applications in manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with advanced microelectronics fabrication technologies.
- Experience with static and dynamic capacity modeling using modeling and simulation software.
- Supply chain experience.
