Requirements
- a passion for innovative technologies, analytics, and actionable insights
- experience in product management or a related field
- demonstrated ability to successfully drive a product throughout its lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond, including driving adoption and continuous enhancements
- strong technical skills: You’re comfortable working with engineers and can understand the technical implications of your decisions. You may not be hands-on coding, but you know enough to ask the right questions and make informed decisions
- excellent communication skills: You can distill complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- improve productivity and field user experience, via AI-powered and other tools
- drive client acquisition by leveraging existing and new channels
- enable financial advisors to proactively engage with their clients for the things they care about
- lead the research, design, development, and delivery of digital software products that empower financial advisors to run their franchises more effectively
- develop the Field Solutions product stack but also contribute to other digital technology products end-to-end
- contribute to the Field Solutions product roadmap and serve as a subject matter expert for our wider product ecosystem, supporting other PMs where necessary
- communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of benefits and trade-offs.
- work closely with cross-functional teams (technology, data science, marketing, training, UX, field leaders, risk) to ensure seamless execution for all products under your responsibility.
- collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and researchers to develop and implement features that meet customer needs.
- analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
- develop and maintain technical requirements, user stories, and design documents for product features.
Preferred Qualifications
- experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically Wealth Management
- experience with client acquisition products and frameworks
- experience working in an Agile development environment
- experience with data ingestion processes and ETL pipelines
- experience with large data sets and working with external vendors
- experience with CRM systems
