Requirements
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Experience with data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce reports, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Understanding of basic Salesforce data structures and reporting functionalities.
- High proficiency in SQL to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving data-related challenges. Ability to think critically and propose solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data related to sales-assisted demand generation campaigns, including lead generation, pipeline progression, and conversion rates. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to optimize campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and report on key demand generation metrics. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with a clear view of campaign performance and pipeline health.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of demand generation data within Salesforce. Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales teams to implement data quality checks and address any data discrepancies.
- Create clear and concise data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards) to effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant data support. Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve data processes and promote data-driven decision making.
