Data Analyst III

Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Experience with data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce reports, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Understanding of basic Salesforce data structures and reporting functionalities.
High proficiency in SQL to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving data-related challenges. Ability to think critically and propose solutions.
2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.

Analyze data related to sales-assisted demand generation campaigns, including lead generation, pipeline progression, and conversion rates. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to optimize campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
Utilize Salesforce to track and report on key demand generation metrics. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with a clear view of campaign performance and pipeline health.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of demand generation data within Salesforce. Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales teams to implement data quality checks and address any data discrepancies.
Create clear and concise data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards) to effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant data support. Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve data processes and promote data-driven decision making.
