Requirements
- 2 or more years in analog and RF IC circuit & system design
- Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools; e.g. Cadence Virtuoso, Spectrem, Momentum
- Strong understanding of RF and electromagnetic concepts including IC, package, and board level effects
- Principals of integrated circuit design in deep submicron process nodes
- Experience with test and measurement lab equipment
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain the necessary security clearance as required by government contract.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of RF blocks and subsystems throughout the design life cycle in the concept, specification, design, evaluation, and documentation phases.
