Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in HR, with proven experience in at least one leadership role.

- Thorough knowledge of HR best practices and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrates exceptional ability to coach people managers, empowering them with skills and confidence to effectively support their teams.
- Proven experience in developing and executing innovative and impactful HR strategies in a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director of People Operations to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster employee engagement.
- Oversee day-to-day People Operations functions including performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement practices to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and promote a seamless employee experience.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring professional development and effectiveness.
- Manage compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Measure and track key HR metrics to assess the efficacy of HR initiatives and make informed decisions.
- Drive initiatives that create an inclusive and diverse workplace, promoting the company’s values and culture.
