Responsibilities
- Collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure the best care possible.
- Providing timely, accurate documentation to meet facility, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Enhancing your clinical skills and professional development, participating in training sessions and educational opportunities.
- Reporting any changes in resident status to the supervising therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensuring safe, efficient environments for both residents and staff, contributing to the overall well-being of the facility.
- Coordinating treatment goals and providing feedback to rehab aides to ensure residents are receiving the highest standard of care.
