Requirements
- 8+ years in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Secure Software Development. Experience in Financial industry is a plus.
- Expertise in CI/CD, cloud security, Azure DevOps, container security, and automation tools.
- Experience in implementing security checks within a Secure SDLC Pipeline
- Experience with Secrets Management, SCA, open-source tools
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA).
- Proven ability to engage with clients, lead teams, and drive strategic security initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively assess security gaps, develop innovative solutions, and drive DevSecOps transformation to enhance resilience and efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between development and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration of security into the DevOps pipeline
- Implement security automation, risk mitigation strategies, and CI/CD security integration, ensuring secure software delivery.
- Establish trust with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams, advocating for security best practices and DevSecOps adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate secure coding practices and vulnerability assessments
- Lead the DevSecOps strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Must be able to work in a multi-functional team environment
