Requirements
- Early career experience (3 years or less)
- Must be willing to travel regionally, work occasional weekends (8-10 annually)
- Pass MVR check
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass all drug and criminal background checks
- Physical labor will be required in the handling, training, and demonstration of our products
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel computer skills)
- Self-motivated, driven towards results that grow, develop, and drive sales within a specific region or market
- Ability to analyze data, develop strategic growth plans, and improve financial performance
- Flexible towards change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive and innovative nature
- Proven desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication, computer and business skills
- Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage a territory of either Home Depot or Lowe’s Home Improvement stores
- Sell Stanley Black & Decker products
- Plan and execute store event strategies
- Form relationships with key decision makers
- Implement corporate marketing initiatives
- Analyze business performance
- Present to key decision makers and provide business solutions
- Conduct training for store associates
- Sell to end users while providing service to retail partners
- Provide occasional supplemental merchandising support as needed
Preferred Qualifications
