Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, creative writing, or a related field
- 8 years recent relevant experience
- Knowledge of applicable employment discrimination laws
- Familiar with local and national labor market trends pertaining to recruiting
- Working knowledge of recruiting best practices/processes
- Working knowledge and ability to use various social media/technology platforms to recruit and source all level candidates
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotions in the marketplace, candidate management, and diversity sourcing
- Analytical and conceptual skills with a keen attention to details
- Demonstrates a personal and professional presence when interacting with executives, other management leaders, and potential candidates
- Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, with tact and diplomacy, and to present information to a variety of audiences
- Ability to influence decision making when circumstances require
- Ability to establish credibility and interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of role’s duties
- Demonstrates respect for cultural and linguistic differences and fostering an inclusive work environment

Responsibilities
- Inspire the next generation of healthcare talent by writing compelling and creative copy for various platforms across the recruitment funnel
- Build and manage a strategic recruitment marketing content calendar (in collaboration with the marketing team) to support events, healthcare recognitions, employee stories, and hard-to-fill talent campaigns
- Design and create high-quality content (text, images, videos, graphics) for social platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Phenom CRM
- Engage with social media followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in partnership with our marketing reputation management team
- Launch new employee-generated content campaigns on LinkedIn, unlocking a greater employer sentiment among followers
- Working closely with the recruitment teams, you will create monthly email/SMS outreach to nurture and convert passive talent
- Align campaign messaging with our EVP, priority hiring needs, and current marketing initiatives
- Create templates for the CRM to help streamline the recruiter participation rate
- Create new job summaries, introducing a more creative approach to employee storytelling and driving increased candidate engagement
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Demonstrate proficiency in copy style guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and paid media best practices
- Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools
- Familiarity with project management platforms
- Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent attraction preferred
