Requirements
- 5 years of experience in retail asset protection/loss prevention management
- 2 years of experience with multiple store responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Word and Excel knowledge is required
- Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations
- Ability to build strong business relationships with all levels of an organization
- Ability to function in a team environment
- Give as well as accept constructive criticism
Responsibilities
- Drive and support Asset Protection (AP) strategies, including initiatives for Shrink, Safety and Profit Protection
- Provide assistance and training to Field, Front Store & Pharmacy teams to address specific Asset Protection and/or Operational issues
- Develop/support an AP Culture within an assigned span of control
- Achieve results by forging strong business relationships and working in a team environment to service internal and external customers
- Analyze information from various reporting tools to determine critical priorities for the assigned areas and provide objective, accurate and timely analysis of trends to operational field partners
- Align with business partners to identify priorities and achieve goals
- Work with Field Operations teams to define accountability and identify what needs be done to achieve the desired results
- Enforce AP and shrinkage control programs to protect assets from loss due to internal/external theft and operational compliance issues
- Provide timely follow up to ensure that plans and programs put in place are utilized and execution is achieved
- Communicate with field teams to provide feedback on overall progress of initiatives, course correcting when appropriate
Preferred Qualifications
- LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build positive relationships at various levels throughout an organization
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide/accept constructive criticism
