District Asset Protection Leader

5 years of experience in retail asset protection/loss prevention management
2 years of experience with multiple store responsibility
Excellent communication skills
Word and Excel knowledge is required
Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations
Ability to build strong business relationships with all levels of an organization
Ability to function in a team environment
Give as well as accept constructive criticism

Drive and support Asset Protection (AP) strategies, including initiatives for Shrink, Safety and Profit Protection
Provide assistance and training to Field, Front Store & Pharmacy teams to address specific Asset Protection and/or Operational issues
Develop/support an AP Culture within an assigned span of control
Achieve results by forging strong business relationships and working in a team environment to service internal and external customers
Analyze information from various reporting tools to determine critical priorities for the assigned areas and provide objective, accurate and timely analysis of trends to operational field partners
Align with business partners to identify priorities and achieve goals
Work with Field Operations teams to define accountability and identify what needs be done to achieve the desired results
Enforce AP and shrinkage control programs to protect assets from loss due to internal/external theft and operational compliance issues
Provide timely follow up to ensure that plans and programs put in place are utilized and execution is achieved
Communicate with field teams to provide feedback on overall progress of initiatives, course correcting when appropriate

LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) preferred
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to build positive relationships at various levels throughout an organization
Ability to work well in a team environment and provide/accept constructive criticism
