Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 12+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on government solutions
• Strong understanding of government IT environments, security requirements, and procurement processes
• Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering products for the US Military or other government agencies
• Experience with relevant government regulations and compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, DISA STIGs)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with Network performance Monitoring and Diagnostics (NPMD) solutions
• Understanding of government contracting

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AppNeta solutions tailored for government customers
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on government customer needs, security requirements, and mission-critical objectives
• Work closely with government stakeholders to understand their specific challenges and requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to translate government requirements into detailed specifications and user stories
• Ensure that product development adheres to relevant security and compliance standards
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases
• Work with UX designers to ensure the solutions are easy to use in high stress environments
• Engage with government customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs
• Serve as a product evangelist, presenting product demos and providing technical expertise to government stakeholders
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and go-to-market strategies for the government sector
• Develop a deep understanding of the US Military and other government agency IT environments, security requirements, and procurement processes
• Stay abreast of relevant government regulations, compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, DISA STIGs), and emerging technologies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy for the government sector
• Ensure that AppNeta solutions meet the stringent security and compliance requirements of government agencies
• Work closely with security teams to implement and maintain necessary security controls
• Manage the process of achieving and maintaining relevant certifications and accreditations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Active security clearance
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS product delivery
• Knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and monitoring tools
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools
