Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing products
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
Prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and resources
Lead and coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and product lifecycle management
Communicate product plans, goals, and status updates to stakeholders across the company
Engage with customers and end-users to gather insights, feedback, and understand pain points to inform product decisions
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for differentiation
Oversee the product development process, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the quality standards
Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, user stories, and ensure smooth execution of product features
Lead product testing and iterate based on feedback to continuously improve the user experience
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and refine the product
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers, sharing best practices and helping them grow in their roles
