Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, or other health-related field required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience partnering with cross-functional operational and clinical leaders in designing, planning, implementing and monitoring initiatives, programs, or projects to improve patient or customer outcomes required.
Responsibilities
- Supports the initiation, execution and monitoring of key initiatives aligned with Health Services’ strategic priorities.
- Manages strategic initiatives across divisions’ business models and programs.
- Creates structure, supports the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and standardized work processes.
- Engages clinical and operational workgroups and teams in deploying and adopting processes to achieve goals and outcomes.
- Develops and maintains detailed project plans, providing project administration support at the program level.
- Actively participates in financial validation, data analysis, and project controls.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to support the delivery of care and services to AltaMed’s complex care population.
- Works with functional leaders, consulting partners, and initiative teams to drive change management activities and continuous improvement in business performance.
- Manages initiatives aimed at aligning administrative service line processes across the enterprise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business, Public Health, or Health Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health care process improvement, project management, change management, staff development or business integration highly desired.
