Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Investment Banking (Consumer & Retail experience preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Consumer & Retail (C&R).
- Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to senior bankers.
- Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.
- Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
- Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, precedent transactions and LBO analysis.
- Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
- Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.

- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
