Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Deep experience in strategic planning, performance management, and data synthesis
- Strong capability in creating and activating learning agendas across complex, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to connect insights to enterprise strategies and translate them into commercial outcomes
- Experience with performance data tools (e.g., Greenfield, SASS) and managing large, diverse data sets
- Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder influence skills—able to translate insight work into clear, actionable recommendations
- Exceptional Project management skills: Serve as the critical bridge between data teams, business units, and leadership. Brings rigor to planning: timelines, dependencies, roadmaps, ensuring alignment and accountability across all cross-functional partners.
- Experience navigating ambiguity, working autonomously, and driving alignment in a gray or evolving environment
- Knowledge of the Target brand and the in-store guest experience
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and activate learning plans that align with enterprise strategies and clearly define success measures
- Manage enterprise performance assessment across PPI programs, synthesizing guest, operational, and financial metrics into concise, strategic insights
- Partner with stakeholders across Data & Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Guest Insights to align on outcomes and drive impact
- Lead storytelling and communication efforts to socialize insights and recommendations across all levels of the organization
- Define and manage routines that support end-to-end performance governance, including intake, tracking, and measurement forums
- Support and influence enterprise planning and prioritization by surfacing performance implications that guide future decision-making
- Advance how the business evaluates and evolves the existing store portfolio to optimize investments and enterprise outcomes
