Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Eight (8) years of progressive experience in procurement, supplier management, or third-party risk.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract law, risk management, and procurement systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the execution and continuous improvement of C&SM programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Supports the development of a Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive transformation and best practices across sourcing and supplier management.
  • Oversees supplier selection processes, including RFx facilitation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Manages supplier relationships, including onboarding, contract lifecycle, and dispute resolution.
  • Identifies opportunities for cost reduction, standardization, and strategic sourcing.
  • Coordinates due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring of third-party relationships.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with internal risk and legal teams to maintain robust governance frameworks.
  • Collaborates with Treasury and Accounts Payable to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Serves as system administrator for C&SM platforms and oversee contract/supplier repositories.
  • Drives process automation and technology enhancements to improve visibility and control.
  • Leads reporting and analytics efforts, including KPIs, dashboards, and procurement risk registers.
  • Supervises and mentors C&SM staff, fostering skill development across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
  • Collaborates with HR to implement talent management strategies and succession planning.
  • Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
