Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop an experienced compliance team
- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of programs addressing high-risk corporate compliance issues
- Set the strategic direction for the compliance risk assessment program
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by developing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to compliance activities, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights
