Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative operations, contract coordination, or supporting teams in the education sector
- Experience with contracts and legal documents, including vendor forms, bids, and agreements
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable using digital tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office products; experience with NetSuite and A/R processes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and legal documents
- Work closely with the legal team
- Support vendor and state education agreements
- Keep internal policy records up to date
- Assist the team with bids, forms, and finance-related tasks like NetSuite support
- Identify ways to improve internal processes and help the department stay ahead of schedule on administrative needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite and A/R processes is a plus
