Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in an analytical field, computer science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10+ years of project management or business analysis as well as leading projects with an agile mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on an agile team strongly preferred
- Ability to tailor requirement gathering technique based on the project need; able to express complex concepts in business terms
Responsibilities
- Manage initiative delivery by bringing cross functional teams together and creating sprint plans, facilitating show & tells, organizing regular team standups & retrospectives to continuously improve and mature the delivery framework
- Partner with the product owner to deliver solutions on time
- Produce supporting artifacts such as story maps, process flows, user stories, and test scripts and any other documentation deemed necessary to facilitate and execute on the agreed project outcomes
- Evaluate business needs, understand existing systems, data and processes, determine gaps and fits to produce business outcomes
- Understand / describe the business domain, model business processes, able to see the big picture and envision possible solutions
