Requirements
- 2-3 years previous Automotive Sales Management experience REQUIRED
- Focused on customer experience REQUIRED
- Ability to lead a team to high potential through training and leadership REQUIRED
- Knowledge and drive to be involved in the acquisition of the car deal and not someone that is looking to sit on the desk REQUIRED
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI REQUIRED
- Someone that is highly motivated to build a culture and is high energy to motivate the team everyday REQUIRED
