Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent experience (e.g., startup founder, management consulting, senior operations leader)
  • 6–10 years of experience in business operations, strategy, program management, or general management
  • Executive-level communication skills—both written and verbal—with experience presenting to C-suite leaders
  • Excellent data fluency, with experience using SQL and BI tools to turn insights into action
  • Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional projects in high-growth or fast-changing environments
  • Comfort working in ambiguity with a bias toward action and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Steer and execute large, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives from zero to launch
  • Build analysis, frameworks, business cases, and whitepapers to support senior decision-making
  • Partner closely with the VP of Strategy Operations and senior leaders to shape and execute company strategy
  • Operate autonomously across multiple business units—navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and delivering impact
  • Act as a ‘special ops’ resource, owning critical initiatives that are urgent, undefined, or without clear ownership
  • Run strategic planning cycles—ensuring business units deliver rigorous, ROI-backed plans on time
  • Transition matured initiatives to operational teams with a sound handoff plan and knowledge transfer
  • Spot inefficiencies or procedural gaps in workflows and lead effective change management initiatives
  • Influence across all levels—bringing people, process, and tech together to create scalable solutions
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Logistics or eCommerce experience is a plus but not required
