Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution is preferred.
- 5+ year experience in facilities or a business administration role.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong Google Suite skills.
- Extensive experience with Facility Management Software (Service Channel, MaintainX,etc)
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Experience with site budget creation, monitoring, reporting
- Ability to build relationships with peers, executive level management, and external vendors.
- Reliable deadline and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work within multiple time zones.

Responsibilities
- Support the facility maintenance request system for all Carvana locations in the assigned portfolio.
- Manage property maintenance programs and assist with site responsibilities.
- Perform periodic site inspections of assigned facilities.
- Develop relationships and act as a liaison between Carvana employees, external vendors, and in some cases, the landlords that maintain the building and equipment at each location.
- Assist with invoicing, annual maintenance budgeting, and cost tracking.
- Management of vendors including, but not limited to: Account management, Leading monthly KPI calls, quarterly business reviews, Ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contracts, agreed on standards, and documents, Escalate any instances of sub-par performance.
- Partner with the Property Operations Management to provide facilities coverage and after-hours on-call emergency response.
- Own process development and improvements in order to continuously provide innovative ways to deliver excellent service to all facility users.
- Onboarding of vendors at legacy and new locations.
- Ability to streamline and document team processes to improve efficiencies.
- Support the process of implementation of new initiatives to facilities as Carvana grows. Ability to manage cross functional trade projects in assigned regions.
- Act as a mentor and assist in the onboarding of new team members. Responsible for training and support of Facilities Specialists to help resolve complex or emergency issues.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in google sheets/docs.
- Facility Management experience within the manufacturing, industrial, or automotive industry
- Knowledge of Issue and Project Tracking software.
- PMP or CFM credential
