Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of investment banking experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (3-statement modeling, valuation, sensitivity/scenario analysis, etc.)
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and business fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the company’s consolidated financial model
- Update with actual results, refine forecasts, and run scenario/sensitivity analyses
- Ensure a strong financial posture and proactively identify areas of risk
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process for Gross Margin and Operating Expenses
- Collaborate with department heads to understand drivers and identify efficiency opportunities
- Develop and deliver accurate and timely financial reports and variance analyses
- Assist in building and refining internal KPIs and dashboarding for stakeholders
- Monitor cash balances bi-weekly and maintain forward-looking visibility into cash runway
- Support ad hoc analyses related to capital raising and financing strategies
- Partner with the leadership team to evaluate funding needs and optimize capital structure
