Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent DoD 8140 professional certification
- Prior experience leading cybersecurity teams, preferably Information Assurance Teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals supporting NNSA’s Information Assurance activities
- Oversee resource allocation and management for Information System Security Officers, Information System Security Managers and Authorizing Official Designated Representatives
- Document, organize, communicate, assess, and review internal processes subject to federal requirements, contractual obligations, and external audits
- Ensure day-to-day operations support NNSA OCIO and Federal stakeholders
- Supervise the development and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation for approximately forty information systems and major applications
- Coordinate RMF activities including security control implementation, assessment, and authorization
- Support internal and external cybersecurity assessments and audits
- Collaborate with Cyber Operations, IT Operations, Mission Integration, and other NNSA entities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in federal government, preferably with DOE/NNSA or similar agencies
