Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
- 2+ years previous experience in Fleet Maintenance, transportation, or Supply Chain Operations or commensurate experience
- 1+ years in Leadership including building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, performance management, and driving operational excellence.
- Technology Proficiencies: MS Teams, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of DOT Guidelines and private fleet operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety initiatives to reduce injuries, leverage procedures for safe repairs, and provide safety training for their team.
- Improve operational readiness with End-to-End Asset Management, provide a world class fleet service support to decrease fleet tows and downtime.
- Manage all regulatory compliance (DOT, EPA, SMART, FDA, SAG, and PepsiCo Internal Audits).
- Lead PepsiCo fleet productivity by focusing on core initiatives and unlocking productivity through transformation while executing superior service.
- Enhance employee experience and employee satisfaction by building a SUPER team!
- Carve the path to deliver long-term PepsiCo Positive (Pep+) goals by decarbonizing our private fleet.
