Requirements
- 7+ years of sales, customer success, account management, or directly related work experience preferred
- Experience in managing a book of business and complex, high-value accounts
- Experience creating and sustaining large, complex strategic partnerships
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Create and execute effective account plans for specified complex, high-value strategic accounts to deliver sales objectives considering overall opportunities, customer business priorities and anticipated business changes, our unique product capabilities, and value proposition.
- Proactively leverage a matrix account team to develop and manage sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships and value.
- Ensure customers have a high rate of customer satisfaction, adoption, engagement and retention
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure client adoption, utilization, and ROI for account users and sponsored users.
- Practice effective, excellent communication with leadership, customers, and extended team and partners.
- Lead quarterly business reviews for named accounts.
- Own client renewals and expansion opportunities in partnership with key internal stakeholders
- Present recommendations to customers for improving or expanding the use of Unite US within their organization and community partners
- Be an expert in Unite Us products and services and educate customers on Unite Us technology solutions
- Independently act as the customer’s escalation point for business-critical issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution
- Lead discussions around forecasting and pipeline status with internal stakeholders
