Requirements
- Experience with heavy outbound sales calls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in identifying qualified leads
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quotas
- Comfortable handling rejection
- Experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools like Salesloft or Outreach
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
Responsibilities
- Consistently generate new opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, uncovering pain points and needs
- Manage and overcome common sales objections
- Develop rapport quickly with decision-makers through engaging conversations
- Conduct thorough research on accounts and prospects
- Ensure all lead interactions are captured accurately in Salesforce and Salesloft
- Consistently meet or exceed key metrics
- Work closely with account executives and sales managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales development role
- Previous experience in a SaaS or tech sales environment
