Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to higher education student affairs/academic advising
- Minimum of 5 years experience coordinating or administering a program in student affairs/academic advising
Responsibilities
- Coordinates all aspects of the graduation processes and experiences for Moody College Undergraduate Education
- Supports the strategic goals of the Assistant Dean and Director of Advising for academic advising and student support
- Assist the Director of Advising in monitoring student completion of required Communication Foundations courses
- Partner with stakeholders to remove barriers to graduation success
- Lead and participate in one or more sections of our Moody Academic Community (MACs)
- Serves as an active, positive, and engaged member of the Moody Undergraduate Education staff
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or advanced degree
- More than 3 years of experience coordinating or administering a program in student affairs/academic advising
- Experience with the University of Texas student records systems, interactive degree audit, and other systems relating to undergraduate student programs such as minors and certificate, orientation, FIGs, etc.
