Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Global Management, Business or related field
- Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role
- Two (2) years of experience with understanding of varying types of Trust structures (Revocable, Irrevocable, Grantor, and Non-Grantor) and LLCs
- Two (2) years of experience entering in asset transfer instructions and ensuring that wires and other transfers are transmitted accurately
- Two (2) years of experience understanding the tax implications of asset sales and purchases at both the state and federal level
- Two (2) years of experience understanding equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments in context of the financial markets
- Two (2) years of experience utilizing systems to analyze client asset allocation and assess the suitability of specific investments
- Two (2) years of experience understanding different lending structures (SBL, PBLL, margin) and the costs associated with these options.
Responsibilities
- Work in client service, operational processes, and wealth management matters including dealing with UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals) clients
- Handle and facilitate bespoke nature of client requests
- Communicate clearly and concisely in a high-pressure environment
- Own multiple competing priorities and exercise appropriate judgment when prioritizing requests
- Operate autonomously and meet deadlines with little oversight
- Converse about financial market topics, financial products, and current events impacting markets
- Analyze client accounts, and their positions and balances
- Improve processes, developing controls, and creating efficiencies to streamline workflows
- Align closely with clients to execute long-term wealth management plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in private wealth management and/or its related financial operations.
