Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and five years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work
  • Any combination of experience and education equivalent to eight years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work
  • Experience researching, collecting data and data analysis and applying health equity principles in this work
  • Experience with health care programs; health care delivery system; and/or health care policy, including knowledge of the Universal Health Plan for the state of Oregon
  • Track record of evaluating data from diverse state and private programs, identifying trends, and providing analytics support for policy proposals, especially related to health-related needs and/or data equity
  • Experience in promoting a culturally responsive and inclusive work environment
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners, including government agencies, community-based organizations, and private entities
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and leading the preparation of narrative reports, presentations, dashboards, and other communication products to convey analysis results effectively
