Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in emergency Mgmt., Risk Mgmt., Business studies, Safety or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
- Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO
Responsibilities
- Oversees and coordinates all aspects of the company’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor Continuity
- Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans
- Develop, review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs and procedures
- Provide periodic reporting for Senior Management
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
- Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), or equivalent
- 2+ years financial services, preferably auto finance experience
- Ability to develop and document process maps for control processes
- Experience with Governance, Risk, Compliance systems (Archer eGRC) a plus
- Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are desirable
