Requirements
- Five years related experience in electrical and HVAC system maintenance required
- S-2 and E-2 licenses are required
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled maintenance, installation and repair work on both the buildings and building equipment
- Make scheduled tests and inspections
- Determine necessary work on building equipment and fixtures including but not limited to the HVAC system, refrigeration equipment, electrical and electronic controls, pneumatic equipment, and lighting systems
- Perform skilled work in connection with the installation, removal, operations and maintenance of the buildings, building equipment and other related physical plant
