Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, strategic consulting role (sales or success), ideally within the SaaS or technology industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
  • Familiarity with sales processes, customer success strategies, and revenue operations
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand recommendations for clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Seamless Transitions: Work with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover from the sales process thru completion of the underwriting process
  • Understand Client Needs: Collaborate with Account Executives and our New Clients to align on their goals, challenges, and current processes
  • Onboarding Plan Execution: Implement and support the Generosity Onboarding Plan to help our New Clients start generating revenue quickly.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any potential issues or obstacles that could delay client onboarding and revenue generation
  • Strategic Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic advice and recommendations to help clients get the most out of their Giving investment
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and our Product Teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
  • Monitor and Report: Track client progress and performance, report on key metrics, and suggest areas for improvement
  • Continuous Improvement: Document best practices and lessons learned to enhance the onboarding process continually

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with faith-based, nonprofit, or social impact organizations
  • Understanding of philanthropic trends and best practices
