Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience architecting, developing, and launching software products and/or services.
- 10+ years of experience managing successful engineering teams including hiring and performance management.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and execution of next generation AI infused AdTech platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Ad sales, Ad product & Ad Ops teams to develop an integrated operating model.
- Lead the development of a horizontal Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Inspire, manage & deliver through teams of software engineering & technical product & program managers.
- Define the mission of your team and set strategic goals for them to achieve.
- Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and processes that drive velocity, adaptability & results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in media and Ad industry experience preferred
